Kaleb Elarms-Orr out of TCU was the 126th overall pick of the 2026 NFL Draft to the Buffalo Bills .
It was midway through the fourth round, and the Bills had just gone back-to-back, snagging WR Skyler Bell at 125.
Elarms-Orr is a linebacker, a position of major need, and there's two reasons the Bills can get excited about him.

One is production: He had 154 tackles in his final season with the Horned Frogs.
The other is athleticism: He ran a 4.47-second 40-yard dash in the pre-draft process. He had a vertical leap of 40 inches, too.
Yeah, that's an awesome combination.
Some players have the numbers. Others have the testing scores. Elarms-Orr had both.

Elarms-Orr also spoke to On SI's Justin Melo before the draft to explain who he is as a player. This is how he summed up his 2025 season:
"I didn't start when I first arrived at TCU. I had a huge chip on my shoulder as a result. I wanted to show everyone what I was all about. I worked hard on a daily basis. I placed belief in myself, my coaching staff, and my teammates. I believed in the system and the scheme around me. It takes a village to be really successful. I relied on those close to me, my teammates and coaches. That was a huge factor. I worked incredibly hard."
That's a player the Bills should be excited to have on their team, for sure.
