2026 Broncos fantasy preview: Biggest bargain, bust, and wild card
If the season started today, one Broncos player would be their biggest fantasy bargain, another a likely bust, and a third a likely wild card.
Only three teams attempted more passes than Denver last year: the Cardinals, Bengals , and Cowboys. If Bo Nix continues to sling it in 2026, he’ll need more than an aging Courtland Sutton (turning 31 in October) and Troy Franklin. Fortunately, they have a deep receiving corps, and fortunately for fantasy managers, the market will struggle to identify a bargain. That should keep 2025 fourth-round rookie wideout Pat Bryant below radars.
His ADP will probably be outside the top WR65. But he’s poised to take a couple of steps forward, giving him realistic top 40-45 upside.
As suggested above, Sutton is headed toward bust status. True believers will insist he’s headed for another top-20 performance. His WR ADP should hover in the top 16-20 range. But there are too many ascending playmakers in that offense. Sutton will struggle to maintain alpha status, pushing him outside the top 24.
R.J. Harvey is the wild card. Depending on the caliber of running backs they draft/sign this offseason, the Broncos could position Harvey as a co-#1, the 1A, or the bell cow. A volume-heavy Harvey could finish in the top 10. But keep in mind that “old” rookie RBs don’t usually remain starters for very long. Harvey is already 25 years old. If Denver adds a young, workhorse-ready back, Harvey could be far riskier than his ADP suggests.
