The Vikings' free agency will be both interesting and pivotal to their success in 2026. As they look for a new general manager after the NFL Draft, the interim role will fall on Rob Brzezinski. With not much salary cap space, it makes discussing free agency that much more of a tightrope act than before.
So with the table set, here is a free agent preview.

Player Summary
Ty Chandler started to carve out a role in the backfield down the stretch of the season, but even then, it was not much to take home. Chandler had promise as a returner, but the arrival of Myles Price took that role away as well. Chandler is likely to go elsewhere in free agency at this point, especially considering the team keeps being projected to draft one as well. Chandler can have a role in a running back rotation, but it just might not be in Minnesota.
