2026 NFL Draft: Alabama’s Parker Brailsford drafted in the 5th Round by the Cleveland Browns
Center Parker Brailsford is headed to Cleveland after hearing his name called at the top of the 5th round. The multi-year stalwart broke out in 2023 as Washington’s starting center, then transferred to Alabama and was nothing short of consistently good and a stabilizing presence for the Tide for the last two seasons.
The knock on Brailsford has always been his size, coming in at 290 pounds. But outside of that, he’s got exceptional movement skills, good strength for his size, and is above all, a very solid and dependable snapper and communicator.
He’s the kind of guy that will probably start as a backup in the NFL, but if someone in front of him ever gets injured and he gets a shot to play, he’ll probably never give that starting job back up.
The Browns got a great value with him dropping to the 5th round, and they have to be excited about it.
Roll Tide, Parker!
