Brighton and Hove Albion have finished off their pre-season in style with a 1-0 win over Italian side Bologna.
The Seagulls played a fairly straightforward game to see off their summer. Jack Hinshelwood will grab the headlines for his goal, which he tucked away well.
Let's take a look at some things that we have learned from Albion's victory over the Serie A side.
1. Zadok Yohanna is an encouraging talent
The Nigerian youngster was certainly a livewire on the right side after he came on in the second half. Fast, agile, and willing to cut in on his left foot.
While there could be more to be desired for his first touch, he could be a very nice addition considering the absence of Yankuba Minteh from the side.
Minteh has been ruled out for up to three months with a leg injury, as confirmed by The Athletic yesterday.
2. Georginio Rutter is up for it
Georginio's pre-season has probably been his best in an Albion shirt, and today it was without adding another goal to his summer tally.
The Frenchman's relentless press and desire to create chances and score goals was a very encouraging part of his game. Usually switching across the front 4, his versatility makes him a very dangerous player. We all know what Georgi is best for, and a big part of that is his sheer energy.
His pressing and ball across goal led to the only goal today, as his teasing ball in fell to Mats Wieffer , whose scuffed shot fell to the feet of Hinshelwood.
3. Hinshelwood knows how to score goals
Leading on perfectly to our third and final point of the game. Hinshelwood's positioning in the box is very good.
He has a tendency to be in the right place at the right time, and with a bit more of a clinical edge, he could be the perfect goalscoring midfielder for Fabian Hürzeler this season.
The Seagulls already have players like Diego Gomez who possess similar qualities, but Hinshelwood's ability to rotate positions makes him even better. Able to cover all parts of midfield, up front, and even on the flanks.
We have seen Hinshelwood play everywhere apart from in goal so far in his career, and that is the ultimate testament to the intelligence of the young talent.
Considering Albion have lost Danny Welbeck this summer, Hinshelwood's goalscoring ability combined with his runs with Georginio could be a strong recipe for goals this season.
