Some of the newest additions to the Pittsburgh Steelers ' 2026 roster have had their jersey numbers revealed, including the close friend and former Green Bay Packers teammate of Aaron Rodgers : tight end Robert Tonyan .

Joaquin Davis and Porter are the newest additions to the roster, signing with the Steelers on Thursday. Long snapper Cal Adomitis and offensive lineman Aiden Williams were released in corresponding moves.
Of the five newest players to receive jersey numbers, Tonyan likely has the strongest chance at making the initial 53-man roster, given the Steelers' need for tight end depth and his previous chemistry with Rodgers in Green Bay .
