- 'An absolute steal' - Leeds fans react excitedly to Junior Firpo return after 'update'
Leeds fans are demanding that the club look to re-sign Junior Firpo before the window closes as Real Betis make him available for transfer.
Daniel Farke remains keen on adding to his squad in the coming weeks following several big-money moves in the last month.

A new left wing-back is on the agenda for Leeds' hierarchy as they make additions to suit the system that steered the club to safety last season.
Gabriel Gudmundsson remains Farke's first choice in the position ahead of the new season, with James Justin capable of operating there but likely to feature more in his preferred right wing-back role from now on.
Firpo was a fan favourite at Elland Road before leaving for Betis last summer, and swathes of supporters want him to return soon.
Manuel Pellegrini has told the 29-year-old that he can leave the club before the window closes, with new Premier League rivals Hull City reportedly interested in a move.

Leeds fans want Junior Firpo back as club told to make 'no-brainer' move
Firpo made 119 appearances for Leeds between 2021 and 2025, helping them win promotion back to the top flight in his final season at the club.
He shone in the Championship but sometimes struggled for form in the Premier League, leading Farke to let him leave at the end of his contract last summer.
Firpo registered two assists in 16 appearances upon his return to Betis last term, as he struggled with injury issues.
Reports from Spain state that he will be allowed to leave the club in the last few weeks of the summer window, with Hull needing to match his £62k-a-week wages to stand a chance of agreeing a deal.

Leeds fans have flocked to X to demand that he return to the club, with one saying: "BRING HIM HOME. Would actually suit the five at the back and be good competition for sure. At that price, no brainer."
While another added: "Get him back. As a LWB in the new system, rather than a LB in a four, and still behind Gabi , this work."
And one supporter said: "I'd have him back, as a back-up. He's more suited to this system."
Gabriel Gudmundsson: All games Leeds star could miss as new blow confirmed Sources: Leeds 'braced' for Gabriel Gudmundsson offer as interest intensifies What has Farke said about Gudmundsson's latest injury?

Leeds fans' desire to see Firpo back will likely be heightened by ongoing concerns over Gudmundsson's fitness.
Sources had previously told Football Insiderthat Leeds were braced for interest in Gudmundsson this summer, but he is set to stay after picking up a new muscle issue in a friendly clash against RB Leipzig.
Farke explained the severity of his issue at the time, saying: "Bad news with Gabi, a muscle injury. Obviously he had a difficult summer anyway because he was just injured before the World Cup and got fit for the World Cup, but came back later and right now it's a muscle injury.
"The initial assessment is probably that it could be that he misses the start of the Premier League season. At the moment it is too early to speak overall about his injury, four weeks. The first week is right now so nearly done but it could easily be that he misses the first game or the first two games of the season."
Firpo may well emerge as a target for the Whites, with a new addition needed as soon as possible before their new season is underway on Saturday.
