The University of Akron men's basketball team hosts Toledo on Tuesday, Jan. 27 in its ninth Mid-American Conference game this season.
The Zips are the reigning MAC regular-season and MAC Tournament champs , and reached the NCAA Tournament last season .

Akron has won 27 consecutive home games, which is the second longest in NCAA Division I men's basketball.
