The draft may be over, but don't get it twisted, Alabama football is still sending talent to the NFL.
That's just how this program works.
Year after year, the Alabama Crimson Tide football doesn't just produce draft picks… it produces pros. And for the guys who didn't hear their name called this weekend, the journey didn't end, it just took a different path.

Because if there's one thing we've learned, it's this: being undrafted out of Alabama doesn't mean overlooked… it means motivated.
Let's start with Nikhai Hill-Green , who is heading to the Los Angeles Rams. If you watched Alabama this past season, you know exactly what he brought to the table—physicality, instincts, and effort every single snap. In just one year in Tuscaloosa, Hill-Green racked up 60 tackles, five tackles for loss, and created turnovers. That's production. That's impact. And now he gets a shot to prove it at the next level.
Then there's DaShawn Jones, one of those guys who may not always grab headlines but absolutely earns respect. He's heading to the New Orleans Saints , and if you know ball, you know how valuable a versatile nickel corner can be in today's NFL. That "Husky" role at Alabama isn't easy, it demands toughness, awareness, and the ability to do a little bit of everything. Jones checks those boxes.
Deontae Lawson … this one right here? This one matters.

A leader. A two-time captain. The kind of player every locker room needs.
Lawson is signing with the Philadelphia Eagles , joining a franchise that already knows what Alabama linebackers bring to the table. And let's be real, Lawson going undrafted says more about the draft process than it does about him. His leadership, his football IQ, his presence… those things don't show up on a stat sheet, but they win games. Don't be surprised when he makes noise in Philly.
Speaking of the Eagles, they're doubling down on Alabama toughness with Jaeden Roberts . He was actually the first of this group to sign, and there's a reason for that. When healthy, Roberts has proven he can handle SEC-level trenches. Over 500 snaps in back-to-back seasons before 2025 showed exactly what he's capable of. Now he gets a chance to bring that same grit to the NFL.
And then there's Kam Dewberry, staying in the South with the Atlanta Falcons . If you're looking for consistency up front, Dewberry is your guy. In over 600 snaps at left guard this past season, he allowed just one sack. One. That's not luck, that's discipline, technique, and toughness. The kind of traits that earn you a roster spot.

Here's the reality: the draft is just one chapter.
Some of the best stories in the NFL start exactly like this: with something to prove.
These guys have worn the script A.
They've battled in the SEC.
They've been coached to a standard that doesn't bend.
And now, they're walking into the league with a chip on their shoulder and something bigger driving them.
Don't be surprised when a few of these names stick.
Don't be surprised when one of them becomes a starter.
Because Alabama doesn't just prepare you to get drafted…
It prepares you to last.
Roll Tide.
