Spurs moved up and out of the Premier League relegation zone with a 3-1 win over Coventry City on Monday, 19 October, but it was a tough game.

The visitors fought back through Jack Rudoni at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, but goals from James Maddison, Omar Marmoush and Ben Davies made all the difference.
Big names returning from injury brought an incredible feeling to the atmosphere, and that could be what pushed the Lilywhites over the line.
Maddison started his first game for quite some time, while Dejan Kulusevski made an appearance off the bench for the first time since 2025.
But giving credit to the players who started the game is important, and Archie Gray is one who deserves his flowers after yet another position change.

Right-back has been the spot for the talented 20-year-old, but he was moved back into a more natural midfield position against Coventry.
It would not have been a surprise had he taken some time to get used to it again. But Gray, being who he is, adapted seamlessly.
The former Leeds United man covered 12.4km [ FotMob ], the most of anyone on the pitch, showcasing his desire to fight for the badge and leave everything on the pitch.
Sandro Tonali was right behind him, but with a sixth-highest speed on the night, he really put blood, sweat and tears into his performance.
His other stats cannot be ignored either. Two chances created, 67 per cent dribbling completion, three line-breaking passes, two tackles, and 60 per cent of his ground duels won.

Gray and Maddison were outstanding in midfield, bouncing off each other in a beautiful partnership, with Tonali's protection behind them.
While it was far from perfect, and could be a trio that gets exposed by bigger teams, it was certainly toughened up when Conor Gallagher came on.
One player who has been stuck on the sidelines, though, is Mateus Fernandes, who was only given the final 20 minutes in North London.
The 22-year-old has really struggled since his £85million arrival from West Ham United, and that is only going to continue as Gray impresses.
