"Memphis Family,
"Thank you for the privilege of leading this program and representing a city that cares as deeply as Memphis does. My gratitude goes to President Hargrave, Athletic Director Ed Scott, our administration, and everyone across campus who supported our staff and shared our belief in what Memphis Football can be.
"To our players, thank you for trusting the process, showing up every day with purpose, and giving everything you had to this program. You built the standard. You carried yourselves with pride. You represented this city with toughness and heart. Coaching you has been an honor I will never forget.
"To our staff, thank you for your commitment, your work ethic, and your belief in doing things the right way. Your investment in our players and this community is what makes Memphis special.
