Arsenal to offer another key player a new deal
David Raya has no doubt played a key role in Arsenal's success in recent seasons, and his arrival at the club has coincided with some of their best spells under Mikel Arteta. The Gunners have been superb in the last two seasons, winning the league title in the last campaign, and we can argue that if he had not been in goal, they would not have won it.
Arsenal also reached the last Champions League final , and the Spaniard was superb, so he is not a player they can lose easily, and the Gunners know that. They are now doing their best to keep him, and Football Insider reports that he is in line to sign a new deal at the club as they continue to renew the contracts of key men.

Raya's Importance to Arsenal
After getting Mikel Arteta and his coaching staff on new deals, the Gunners now want to secure the future of their most important players, and Raya is in that category. The goalkeeper will do his best to ensure that the team continues to win games, and it is only right that they appreciate that with a new deal.
Raya's consistency has been a key part of Arsenal's success, and his performances in big games have been crucial. The Spaniard's quality is not in question, and the club's desire to keep him is clear.

A New Deal Makes Sense
Goalkeepers get better as they age, and Arsenal has no reason to worry about Raya being in his 30s already, as he is clearly still a capable goalkeeper and is probably still improving. The goalkeeper's experience is an asset, and his best years may still be ahead of him.

The new deal would be a reward for his performances, and it would also secure his future at the club. The fans will be pleased, as Raya has been a key player. The Gunners' ambition is to build a squad capable of winning major honours, and he is part of that vision.
The coming weeks will show whether the deal gets done, as the club looks to secure their key players. Raya's future looks secure, and the fans will be hoping he stays. The goalkeeper's importance to the team is clear.
