Unable to be separated over two legs and extra time, penalties decided the outcome, with Manuel Neuer the hero. The German goalkeeper saved from Ronaldo and Kaka, though Iker Casillas almost rescued Real after stops from Toni Kroos and Philipp Lahm .
However, Sergio Ramos blazed his effort over, allowing Bastian Schweinsteiger to send Bayern into the final.

Bayern Munich 0-4 Real Madrid (0-5 on aggregate) Champions League semi-final (2014)
There's not often much in clashes between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, but the Spaniards produced a ruthless performance to eliminate the then-holders in 2014.
