Jude Bellingham and Morgan Rogers have spoken highly of Jordan Henderson while on England duty ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
The comments place Henderson's standing within the national-team squad back in focus as England continue their preparations for the tournament.
England shared a Lions' Den clip on Friday, 12 June 2026, featuring Bellingham and Rogers discussing Henderson.
England captioned the clip with the line: "The best person I've ever come across in football," while saying Bellingham and Rogers were full of praise for Henderson.
The focus of the clip was Henderson's presence around the England squad, rather than any specific match moment or selection issue.
Henderson has long been one of England's most experienced players, and his record with the national team backs that up.
The praise comes as England continue their preparations for the 2026 World Cup group stage, where they will face Croatia , Ghana and Panama .
Henderson's role is often discussed in terms of his leadership and experience, and the way England framed this clip reinforced that narrative.
Using Bellingham and Rogers to deliver that message says a lot about how Henderson is viewed within the squad.
England did not need to say anything more about his place in the team. The point was simple: Henderson remains a respected figure among his teammates.
