The 2026 Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament championship game is coming down to the wire.
Purdue , a No. 7 seed, is looking to become the second-lowest seed to win the conference tournament. Purdue is leading No. 1 overall seed Michigan with roughly four minutes to play on Sunday. But it's been a controversial game.
Boilermakers big man Oscar Cluff has gotten away with a couple of blatant fouls. Cluff, who has scored 17 points and grabbed four rebounds, has four player fouls on the game. He should have fouled out by now.
"This is a joke!" Sam Webb wrote.
Fans are accusing the Big Ten Tournament Championship Game referees of "rigging" the game in Purdue's favor.
"This is a clownshow by the officials. Michigan was not allowed to compete. Terrible," one fan wrote.
"Rigged," one fan added.
"Game is rigged," one fan added.
"Criminal reffing," one fan added.
"Dusty May should be getting a Tech," one fan added.
"Refs definitely favoring Purdue. Blatantly obvious and I'm a non biased fan just enjoy March madness," one fan added.
"It's rigged for sure. Refs letting Purdue do whatever to Michigan," another fan wrote.
There's still some time left in this one, but if Michigan is unable to pull away with a victory, the Wolverines are surely going to be blaming some of the officiating calls on Sunday afternoon.
The Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament Championship Game is airing live on CBS.
