The Buffalo Bills (5-1) received encouraging injury updates regarding wide receiver DJ Moore and defensive tackle Ed Oliver ahead of Sunday's Week 8 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens (4-3) at 1 p.m. ET on CBS, providing a potential boost for quarterback Josh Allen and the rest of the team.

ESPN's Cameron Wolfe reported Saturday on X, formerly known as Twitter, that Oliver has been cleared to return, while Moore remains questionable despite expecting to play.

"Bills DT Ed Oliver is good to go, no injury designation, as he makes his return this week. Big one for Bills as they try to pressure Lamar.

"WR DJ Moore is listed as questionable but to he expects to play Sunday barring any setback. Obvious boost for Josh Allen ."

Oliver's return provides a significant reinforcement to Buffalo's defensive front as the Bills prepare to face Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. His presence should strengthen the team's interior pass rush and create additional opportunities to disrupt Baltimore's offensive rhythm.

Bills look to extend winning streak against Ravens

Meanwhile, Moore's potential availability offers another encouraging development for Allen and Buffalo's passing attack. Although the veteran receiver carries a questionable designation, his expectation to suit up suggests the Bills could have another important offensive weapon available against Baltimore.

Moore's status will remain worth monitoring leading up to kickoff, particularly if he experiences any setbacks before Sunday's contest.

Buffalo enters Sunday's matchup riding a three-game winning streak following its Week 7 bye. The Bills most recently defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 33-30 in Week 6 , improving their record to 5-1.

With Oliver cleared to return and Moore optimistic about playing, Buffalo could receive reinforcements on both sides of the ball for its upcoming showdown.

The Bills will look to maintain their momentum against a Ravens team seeking its fifth victory of the season, with Allen aiming to guide Buffalo to a fourth consecutive win.
