- Bills News HC Has a Positive Update on Josh Allen
Josh Allen is locked in and loading up for another run at the gridiron. After the Buffalo Bills stacked some serious firepower in 2026 free agency, it's clear this offense will keep riding QB1's arm and legs. And as the Bills gear up to cook in the 2026 NFL Draft, the mission is simple—keep building the fortress around Allen.
There was a brief scare when Allen pulled up to new HC Joe Brady's intro presser on crutches—had Bills Mafia holding its breath for a second. But the franchise signal-caller didn't flinch. He's already called his shot: he'll be back, cleared, and ready to roll by offseason workouts.

And if there were any doubts about his availability? Consider them officially sacked this weekend.

Allen was out there last season playing on straight-up grit, toughing it out with a broken bone in his right foot down the stretch. He didn't tap out until the Bills got bounced by the Denver Broncos in the Divisional Round. Offseason surgery followed, but don't expect it to slow QB1 down heading into workouts.
And Joe Brady basically shut down any panic with a two-minute drill answer: Allen's "good to go."
Brady doubled down, painting the ultimate warrior picture. Allen was barely able to walk, yet still out there slinging it like nothing's wrong. No drop-off, no excuses. Just pure backyard football chaos at an elite level. Built different? Yeah, that checks out.

Now add a shiny new weapon to the arsenal, DJ Moore , and suddenly this offense has even more juice. Allen's already itching to get reps in and build that chemistry, which should have defenses on their heels from Day 1.
Another year, another MVP-caliber ceiling for Allen. But the real storyline? Finishing the job. With Sean McDermott no longer calling the shots, the Brady era is officially underway. The big question: can Allen finally take Buffalo all the way to the Super Bowl?
Year 1 of Brady-ball in Buffalo is about to hit different. And it's got must-watch written all over it.
