Bradley Chubb started Sunday in Las Vegas, but rookie T.J. Parker spent far more time on the edge. Parker played 41 of 66 defensive snaps, according to PFF, to Chubb's 21 as the Buffalo Bills beat the Raiders 33-30 and hit the bye at 5-1 .
Chubb left with a rib injury in the second quarter but was back for the next defensive series, and Parker kept the larger share. Against the Rams a week earlier, Chubb played 67 of 82 snaps (82 percent) and Parker played 17 (21 percent). On Sunday it was 32 and 62 percent, which sets up a bigger role for the second-round pick when Buffalo returns to its home crowd after the bye.
Keon Coleman became the every-down receiver
With DJ Moore still bothered by his shoulder and inactive again, Keon Coleman played 58 of 68 offensive snaps (85 percent), up from 71 percent against the Rams. He caught four passes for 59 yards, including the 12-yard touchdown that tied Josh Allen with Jim Kelly for the franchise passing touchdown record . Joshua Palmer returned from a shoulder injury for 17 snaps, and rookie Skyler Bell fell from 39 to 30.
Dalton Kincaid played 49 snaps after leaving with a rib injury in the third quarter and returning in the fourth. Spencer Brown, limited to 16 snaps by a back injury in Los Angeles, played all 68 at right tackle.
Parker's edge snaps more than doubled

Bills T.J. Parker runs towards the padded arm during Bills Training Camp at St. John Fisher University on July 29, 2026 in Pittsford
Parker rushed the passer 29 times and had two pressures, according to PFF. Chubb, who signed a three-year, $43.5 million deal in March, had one pressure on 11 rushes. Greg Rousseau played 53 snaps and led the pass rush again with four of the team's 12 pressures, but Buffalo didn't sack Kirk Cousins.
C.J. Gardner-Johnson played 28 snaps and was ejected before halftime for spitting toward Brock Bowers. Damar Hamlin played 45 after getting 26 against the Rams, and rookie Jalon Kilgore played 11, including a late third-down breakup . "It can't happen, and it definitely has to be addressed," Joe Brady said after the win . If the league suspends Gardner-Johnson, Hamlin is next in line.
Davison Igbinosun, who took over the starting job last week, started but played 42 snaps after 69 in Los Angeles. Dee Alford, back from an ankle injury , played 43 and Maxwell Hairston played 26. Igbinosun allowed one catch on five targets, per PFF.
