Huge blow for Simeone: Lookman and Sorloth injured after cup final
Atlético de Madrid have reported injuries to Ademola Lookman and Alexander Sorloth .
The club statement
"Ademola Lookman and Alexander Sørloth finished the Copa del Rey final with discomfort. The club's medical staff carried out tests which recommend the utmost caution to avoid the risk of injury, so they will follow an individual plan over the coming days, training separately from the group. The progress of these issues will determine when they return to training with their teammates."
Presumably, neither of the two will be risked in the midweek La Liga match against Elche or in the weekend fixture against Athletic Club .
