The first time was for Wisconsin . The second time was for history . Now, the third time, it was for family.

As they have in their previous playoff celebrations this season, the Milwaukee Brewers had customized champagne bottles in the clubhouse to celebrate their World Series championship Wednesday night, Oct. 28.

This time, those bottles had the names of family members.

"I was trying to find my kids," Brewers pitcher Brandon Woodruff said to MLB.com . "They're in here somewhere. You know what? That is so cool. Because it's not only us, it's everyone who helped us get here. They included everyone."

The team also had nine bottles with the late legendary Brewers broadcaster Bob Uecker's name on them, an homage to him wearing No. 9 as a player.

The Brewers had customized bottles for every celebration this postseason.

After they defeated the San Diego Padres to win the National League Division Series, the bottles had the names of every city in Wisconsin.

Then, after they swept the Los Angeles Dodgers to win the NL Championship Series, the bottles carried the names of every player who ever made a postseason appearance for the Brewers.

For the World Series celebration, the Brewers turned to family.

The idea for the customized bottles came from the team's travel coordinator, vice president Dan Larrea. MLB.com said Larrea had help from five people — director of clubhouse operations Tony Migliaccio, equipment manager Jason Shawger, visiting clubhouse manager Phil Rozewicz, manager of team operations Joe Swanhart and home clubhouse manager Ben Wilkes.
