Is Caitlin Clark hurt again? Fever star updates injury status

As the Indiana Fever prepare for their final WNBA preseason contest against the Nigerian National Team from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Caitlin Clark provided more insight into her status after an injury scare in the Fever's preseason tilt on Thursday.

Clark hit the floor after Dallas forward Alanna Smith collided with her and impeded her landing space on a third quarter 3-point attempt. Ahead of its preseason finale on Saturday night, Clark told the IndyStar's Chloe Peterson that she did not have any overnight swelling or residual issues after hitting her kneecap on the floor on Thursday night against the Wings.

Additionally, Peterson noted that there is no wrap on Clark's leg, alleviating fears of any long-term concern after Clark's injury-riddled 2025 campaign.

Fans can watch Caitlin Clark and the Fever close their preseason against Nigeria via the WNBA League Pass. Annual league pass memberships cost $39.99 or fans can choose a monthly option for $14.99.

During the preseason, though, fans can stream games for free in the WNBA App by signing up or logging in with a WNBA ID to unlock the preseason preview.
