Cameron Boozer makes perfect pitch to potential NBA teams
With the 2026 NBA Draft order now set, former Duke star Cameron Boozer can start focusing on the three or four places he will likely land as one of the top picks.
For some experts, the 2026 Wooden Award winner will end up going third to the Memphis Grizzlies , while others have the 6-foot-9 forward going at No. 2 to the Utah Jazz , where his father, Carlos, played for seven seasons.
No matter where he ends up, Boozer is sure to remind those who are lucky enough to select him what they are getting.
"Whether I go 1, 2, or 3, or whatever the case may be, I think winning and what I bring to the team, my resume, it shows for itself," Boozer said. "If a team wants to hang a banner in the rafters, I'm definitely the guy."
Boozer certainly did his part in attempting to bring Duke its sixth national title this past season, averaging 22.5 points and 10.2 rebounds while dishing out 4.1 assists per game, leading the Blue Devils to a 35-3 record. Jon Scheyer’s squad fell just short, though, falling to UConn in the Elite Eight.
