On the ' Chiefs Wire Podcast Interview Series', we showcase new players, celebrities, and prominent NFL players with unique takes and stories about the Kansas City Chiefs .
Watch as Senior Writer Ed Easton Jr. speaks with retired All-Pro NFL running back and Chiefs legend Jamaal Charles . He recalled some of the foundations of the Chiefs' recently snapped AFC West division-winning streak.
"I think one, but on that way, on that run, you started with me, you had Derrick Johnson , Tamba Hali , Eric Berry , you had all these other great players, who were holding the team up. Justin Houston , we had Eric Fisher on the (offensive) line. We had all these pieces. When building a house, these bricks were used, and we were going to win games," said Charles, "But once some of the pieces start coming off from the foundation, you begin to lose how to win again. They don't know that we built from the beginning of that situation."
