Recapping Jalen Travis' 2025 season
Travis largely filled a backup role for much of the year, but did get some starts under his belt late in the season with Braden Smith sidelined. In those games, he allowed one sack and 12 pressures over 175 pass-blocking snaps. He also graded out well as a run-blocker by PFF's metrics.
Looking ahead to 2026 for Jalen Travis
Travis will presumably be the Colts' starting right tackle moving forward. He is one of the X-factors on this team, with his level of play determining how good this offensive line unit as a whole can be.
Along the offensive line, the sum of this group together is greater than any one or two players individually. The play of the collective unit will dictate what their ceiling is. So Travis getting off to a fast start is crucial.
