Daniel later co-hosted "The Facility" on FS1 and also contributed to the NFL Network. Given his experience both on the field and behind the microphone, several figures welcomed the addition.

Before his broadcasting career, Daniel had an illustrious football career, playing college football for the Missouri Tigers, earning second-team All-American honors in 2007.
Daniel entered the NFL in 2009 after signing with the Washington Redskins as an undrafted free agent. He went on to spend time with several NFL teams during his career and ultimately became a Super Bowl champion as the backup quarterback for the New Orleans Saints during their Super Bowl XLIV-winning season.
