Atlanta Falcons practice squad RB Tyler Goodson was signed to the Dallas Cowboys 53-man roster Tuesday, Sept. 15. Terms of the contract were not disclosed. The team also waived RB Israel Abanikanda .
Why It Matters:The Cowboys lost Malik Davis to injury, so Goodson should take over as the No. 2 running back moving forward. He will likely receive a limited workload during games but can be avoided in most leagues.
