Denzel Perryman update: Will Chargers LB miss rest of regular season?
Chargers linebacker Denzel Perryman 's two-game suspension for repeated violations of player-safety rules has been upheld by appeals officer Jordy Nelson .
As a result, Perryman will be unavailable for the remainder of the regular season, but he is eligible to return to the active roster for the playoffs.

With Perryman sidelined for the games against the Texans and Broncos , Troy Dye is in line to start next to Daiyan Henley .
