Dolphins to meet with sleeper WR prospect ahead of 2026 NFL draft

The Miami Dolphins have been active on the wide receiver market this offseason, signing Tutu Atwell and Jalen Tolbert over the last week, but that doesn't mean they're done with their search at the position.

In fact, according to Sports Illustrated's Justin Melo , the Dolphins are set to meet with sleeper wide receiver prospect Zavion Thomas ahead of the 2026 NFL draft.

Thomas, 21, was a four-star recruit out of John Ehret High School in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, before committing to Mississippi State for the 2022 season. After two years with the Bulldogs, he transferred two LSU for the final two years of his collegiate career.

In 48 games between the two school, Thomas caught 106 passes for 1,213 yards and seven touchdowns. He also returned punts and kicks, taking three back for touchdowns in four years.

Mock drafts currently have Thomas going on Day 3 or as priority undrafted free agent, so the Dolphins may be able to address other needs before bringing him in, if that's the route they want to go.
