While AJ Brown has been one of the hottest names in offseason trade rumors, there has been no movement on the Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver. But the Los Angeles Rams could be the team to heat things back up again.

The Rams are still continuing to monitor Brown's trade status, via Dianna Russini of The Athletic. Both sides had discussions before Los Angeles acquired cornerback Trent McDuffie in a separate deal . That won't keep the Rams completely out of the running for Brown though.
To land McDuffie, Los Angeles traded away their 2026 first-round pick among four selections to the Kansas City Chiefs . That may make things more difficult in terms of getting a Brown trade done with Philadelphia. Still, the Rams haven't lost interest in acquiring the wide receiver. If they can find common ground with the Eagles, a Brown trade could still go through.
Adding him to Los Angeles' offense would give quarterback Matthew Stafford arguably the scariest receiving trio in the league; assuming no one is traded back to Philly. Joining Puka Nacua and Davante Adams , Brown would be surrounded by talent. The alignment would once again raise questions about his role in the offense. But if the Rams are going to give up serious capital for the receiver, they will have him on the field early and often.
The Brown trade saga has taken plenty of twists and turns throughout the offseason. Now, the Rams have emerged as a serious trade candidate. The Eagles will consider all options before coming to a resolution with the wide receiver. That decision will shape how general manager Howie Roseman and Philadelphia handle other roster situations such as tight end Dallas Goedert 's, via Russini.
