Kareem Jackson 's back with the Denver Broncos .
Jackson, 37, is at the NFL combine this week, representing the Broncos as a southwest regional scout, the former safety told KUSA-TV's Mike Klis . Jackson previously worked with general manager George Paton's personnel staff last spring in what Klis described as an " undefined role ."
Jackson played for the Houston Texans from 2010-2018, originally entered the league as a first-round cornerback out of Alabama before switching to safety later in his career. He signed with Denver in 2019 and spent five years with the Broncos before a series of fines and suspensions during the 2023 season ultimately led to him being released .
Jackson then finished the 2023 season in Houston before spending the 2024 campaign with the Buffalo Bills , mostly on the practice squad. He was without a team in 2025, and after getting a start with Paton's personnel staff last year, Jackson now appears to officially be working as a scout for the club.
