Eze set for long run in Arsenal team; can he prove his worth?
Eberechi Eze may have contributed to Arsenal's success in the Premier League last season, but overall, he has been struggling to really stand out on the team since he moved to the Emirates. The Englishman was signed as one of the top players on the Crystal Palace team , and for several seasons, he had been one of the best players in the league.
He was heading to Tottenham when the Gunners hijacked the move, and it was the dream scenario for him, so he is playing in the club he has always wanted to represent, but his on-field performances are very important. Arsenal sees Eze as one of their key assets, but he is behind several stars on the pecking order, which means he has played very little for them.

Eze's Chance to Shine
However, with recent injuries, he is set for an extended spell on the team, according to a report on Football Insider who claim the attacker is set to be given more than enough chances to play for the Gunners in the coming weeks. The injuries to the likes of Bukayo Sak a and Christos Tzolis will see Eze start more matches for Arsenal in the coming weeks, and he will get the chance to prove that he can be trusted to deliver for the team.
The midfielder's quality is not in question, and his performances at Crystal Palace showed what he can do, but he must now replicate that at Arsenal. The opportunity is there, and it is up to him to take it.

The Pressure to Deliver
Eze's inconsistency has been a concern, but this spell could be a turning point, and the fans will hope he can find more consistency. The competition for places is fierce, and he knows he must deliver whenever he gets the chance.
The injuries to key players have opened a door, and Eze must seize it. Arsenal's depth is a strength, and the midfielder is a key part of that. His next performances will be watched closely.
The Englishman's talent is not in doubt, and the club's faith in him is clear. The opportunity is there, and it is up to him to take it. The coming weeks will show whether he can.
