Fantastic photos of Nebraska star guard Britt Prince

Britt Prince tried to will Nebraska's team into the second round of the women's NCAA tournament with a great second-half effort on Friday. However, the 5-foot-11 sophomore guard's 27 points weren't enough as Baylor ousted the Cornhuskers, 67-62.

This capped a year that saw Prince earn All-Big Ten honors. She averaged better than 17 points overall, gaining praise from coach Amy Williams. “Britt is an extremely gifted athlete and when you partner that with an intense passion for basketball, a work ethic that is unmatched, high character, and a winning mindset, the result is something special," Williams said. "It has been amazing to watch Britt utilize her unique talents to accomplish so much already in her basketball journey, and we cannot wait for that to continue into her college career here as a Husker."
