Availability was a concern early in Moore's collegiate career after battling through injuries spanning multiple seasons. However, in his first full campaign as a starter, he was a stable force and playmaker in the defensive backfield.

During the combine, Moore reinforced his potential by posting a 4.50-second 40-yard dash . Paired with high-end measurables, Moore's elite speed highlights his potential to lock step with larger outside receivers at the next level.
The former four-star prospect projects as a rotational cornerback with scheme versatility for the Cowboys. His ability to play both man and zone concepts should offer long-term upside.
