Manchester City will lock horns with Red Bull Leipzig at the Red Bull Arena this Wednesday night as they look to secure a good result on the road in the Premier League. The Mancunian giants suffered a tough 1-0 loss at the hands of Brighton and Hove Albion recently, so they would be eager to put in a much-improved performance in midweek.
Enzo Maresca will set his players up in a 4-2-3-1 formation and is expected to make a few changes to his starting XI for this game. Phil Foden, Rayan Cherki and Marc Guehi could all play from the start of this clash.
Gianluigi Donnarumma will feature in between the sticks for the Mancunian club after conceding one goal in his last appearance. Marc Guehi will play alongside Ruben Dias at the centre of the Man City backline as they focus on keeping the opposition attackers frustrated throughout the game.
Matheus Nunes will try to impress as the right-back, while Nico O'Reilly hopes to impress on the other side as the left-back. Both of them will get the license to go forward and express themselves inside the opponent's half.
Abdukodir Khusanov will offer cover for the defensive positions on the bench.

Enzo Fernandez and Elliot Anderson will anchor the midfield for the Mancunian giants as they look to win the 50-50 battles in the middle of the park and engineer some inviting chances in the final third.
The talented trio of Jeremy Doku, Rayan Cherki and Phil Foden will operate just ahead of them as part of Maresca's attack. All three of them need to be at their best if the Mancunian club are to secure maximum points at the Red Bull Arena in midweek.
Mateo Kovacic and Ayyoub Bouaddi will have to be content with a spot on the bench as they wait for their chance to shine in the second 45 minutes if required.
Erling Haaland will lead the line for the Mancunian club up top. He has to find a way to be a constant menace in the final third.
Allan will make up the numbers on the bench and might come on to influence the game in the final quarter of the game if needed.
