Troy Stellato's college career will continue with a fresh start out west.
The former Clemson wide receiver has signed with UNLV , the program announced Monday. Stellato joins the Rebels after a brief stop at Kentucky during the 2025 season, where his role never fully materialized. He appeared in four games with the Wildcats and finished the year with one catch for four yards.
Stellato originally arrived at Clemson as a four-star prospect, but injuries consistently slowed his progress during his four years with the Tigers . He played in only two games during his first season before redshirting, then missed his entire second year after suffering an ACL injury. Despite the setbacks, he eventually carved out a role in the offense.
His most active season came in 2023, when he appeared in 12 games and recorded 38 receptions for 321 yards and a touchdown. He followed that up in 2024 by catching 25 passes for 264 yards and another score across nine games. By the end of his Clemson career, Stellato totaled 65 catches for 600 yards and two touchdowns.
UNLV also added another former Tiger to its roster, as linebacker Dee Crayton has signed with the program as well. The Rebels are coming off a 10–4 season in 2025, their first under head coach Dan Mullen. UNLV advanced to the Mountain West Championship Game before falling to Boise State .
