A former Carolina Panthers offensive lineman has found a new home up north.
As announced on Wednesday morning, guard Joshua Gray has signed with the Minnesota Vikings . The 26-year-old spent most of this offseason as a member of the Panthers.
A three-time second-team All-Pac-12 selection out of Oregon State University, Gray cracked into the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Atlanta Falcons in 2025. He'd go on to spend the campaign on their practice squad.
The Panthers then signed Gray to a reserve/future in January. He was waived for the first time by Carolina in late July, then again on Monday after the addition of tight end Darren Waller .
Gray appeared for the Panthers in this past Saturday's preseason outing against the Buffalo Bills at the new Highmark Stadium. He recorded 24 snaps at right guard in the 29-14 loss .
