After 11 seasons in the NFL, wide receiver Allen Robinson has announced his retirement.
The former Los Angeles Rams signing posted on Instagram that he has called it a career. Robinson played one season with LA after signing a three-year, $46.5 million deal.
"As I reflect on another year of life, I find myself especially grateful; not just for where I am, but for the journey that brought me here. This birthday feels a little different. It marks not only another year, but the beginning of a new chapter."

"To every love story, there comes a final chapter. Football gave me more than I ever could've imagined. It challenged me, shaped me, humbled me, and rewarded me in ways I'll carry for the rest of my life."
"I came, I saw, I conquered and I leave with nothing but gratitude. The memories, the relationships, the victories, the lessons, they'll stay with me forever! Thank you for every moment, every cheer, every lesson, and every opportunity."
In his single season in the City of Angels , Robinson hauled in 33 receptions for 339 yards and 3 touchdowns across 10 games.
Now hanging up the gloves, Allen Robinson says goodbye to the sport on his 33rd birthday.

The wide receiver joined the Los Angeles Rams on a three-year, $46.5 million deal, but traded Allen Robinson one year in.
When joining the Rams, head coach Sean McVay called Robinson a "stud," praising his professionalism and physique.
"I think the first thing that stands out is the body control for a bigger receiver. I bet you that he is a baller on the basketball court… Some of those bigger guys that play as big as he does typically don't have the ability to get in and out of their breaks as seamlessly as he does. But I think his transition in and out of breaks is how smooth he is for how big he is physically."
In his one season in the City of Angels, Robinson logged 33 receptions for 339 yards and 3 touchdowns across 10 games.

After the 2023 season, the Rams traded Robinson to the Pittsburgh Steelers in exchange for the 234th pick in the draft that year.
Now, after 11 seasons, Allen Robinson called his career to an end. He did not play in 2025.
