According to Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football , Tucker is getting a tryout with the New Orleans Saints .

Tucker is one of two kickers the team is bringing in for a tryout, along with fellow veteran Cade York .

"The Saints are trying out Justin Tucker and Cade York, per sources," Underhill reported.

Tucker was cut loose by the Ravens during the offseason amid a league investigation for sexual misconduct, which stemmed from accusations made by 16 different massage therapists, according to ESPN .

Tucker was ultimately hit with a 10-game suspension , but he has since been reinstated by the league and is now free to sign with any team.

The last time we saw Tucker on the field, the former Ravens kicker tallied a 73.3% success rate on field goals, which was the worst mark of his career.

The Saints have a clear need at kicker thanks to the struggles of Blake Grupe , who has a putrid 69.2% success rate in 2025. Grupe missed two more field goals in the Week 12 loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.

Of course, signing Tucker will bring a boatload of baggage and negative attention, given his off-the-field issues.

It's odd the Saints would even want to invite that in, especially with the team set to miss the playoffs, and with the clear decline Tucker showed in 2024.
