Four major issues shaping the Warriors’ push to retain Steve Kerr

That question connects directly to the young players. NBC Sports reports that the front office wants Kerr to show more flexibility with schemes and development, especially when younger options need minutes to grow into dependable roles.
Kerr also wants the freedom to weigh in on subjects away from basketball. His willingness to speak on sociopolitical issues has become part of the wider discussion, and any return would require the parties to reach an agreement on that.
Steph Curry and Draymond Green ’s accountability has been debated
Another delicate issue is accountability. The front office reportedly wants Kerr to demand more from every player, including Curry and Draymond Green.
