Georgia has become a factory at tight end under Kirby Smart and Todd Hartley, and the Bulldogs might have their deepest group yet in 2026.
Lawson Luckie , Jaden Reddell , Ethan Barbour and Elyiss Williams give Georgia four legitimate weapons at the position. There might be teams with one tight end better than anyone Georgia has, but finding another program with this combination of experience, athleticism and upside is nearly impossible.

Lawson Luckieis the veteran and most proven option. He's been in Georgia's offense for years and brings the reliability you want from a starting SEC tight end. Luckie isn't necessarily the freakiest athlete in the room, but he's polished, experienced and capable as both a receiver and blocker. Georgia knows exactly what it's getting from him.
Then there's Jaden Reddell, who might be overlooked nationally because of how loaded this room is. Reddell is strong, athletic and physical, giving Georgia another tight end who can contribute as a blocker while still possessing the athletic ability to become a receiving threat. He's appeared in 18 games over his first two seasons, including all 14 last year, and his combination of experience and physical tools makes him much more than simply a depth piece.
Ethan Barbourmight be the breakout candidate of the group. The former highly rated recruit has continued developing in Athens and has the size and receiving ability to become another legitimate weapon in Georgia's passing game. In plenty of other programs, Barbour would probably be receiving significantly more attention. At Georgia, he's fighting for snaps in an absurdly talented room.
And then you get to Elyiss Williams, arguably the biggest wildcard of them all.

At around 6-foot-7 and 255 pounds, Williams looks like someone created a tight end in a video game. He showed exactly why Georgia fans are so excited about him last season, catching seven passes for 177 yards and a touchdown. That's over 25 yards per receptionfrom a player his size.
That's ridiculous.
And that's what makes this room different.
Luckie provides experience and consistency. Reddell brings strength, athleticism and versatility. Barbour has legitimate breakout potential. Williams might eventually become one of the biggest matchup nightmares in college football.
Georgia doesn't just have a good TE1.

The Bulldogs legitimately have four tight ends they can feel comfortable putting on the field.
Brock Bowers and Darnell Washington helped establish Georgia as the destination for elite tight ends. Years later, nothing has changed.
Georgia has the best tight end room in college football, and it really isn't close.
