Milla has for his part long been expected to bring a close to his time on the books of the aforementioned Getafe this summer.
Following a stellar campaign plying his trade in Madrid – giving rise to 10 La Liga assists – the 31-year-old has been added to the transfer wishlists of a whole host of clubs.
As alluded to above, though, late this week, a clear frontrunner appears to have emerged in the Milla sweepstakes.
As per a report from journalist Fabrizio Romano , citing Spanish outlet Marca:
'Como have agreed personal terms with Luis Milla, work in progress to seal the deal with Getafe and bring in the Spanish midfielder. Como are optimistic.'
