Jameis Winston has never been known for being an elusive quarterback on the ground. The colorful New York Giants veteran quarterback , for better or worse, is a gunslinger on the football field, but during Saturday's NFL preseason game against the Miami Dolphins at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Fla., the former Heisman Trophy winner put his wheels on full display.
With the Giants inside the red zone with around 10 minutes left in the first quarter and on a 3rd and 5, the former Florida State Seminoles decided to use his legs to find the end zone. The result was an 11-yard rushing touchdown for the 32-year-old Winston.

Following the game, Winston, who has rushed for more than 250 rushing yards in a season in the NFL just once and owns two negative rushing-yard campaigns, shared a hilarious takeaway from his highlight touchdown against the Dolphins.
"Sometimes, it's good to show the young-school cats that I still can be an athlete and get out of the pocket," Winston said ( via SNY Giants ).
As for his passing in the contest, Winston threw for 150 yards on 15-of-21 pass completions. He did not throw a touchdown pass, but he did not turn the ball over and avoided getting sacked.
Winston is entering his second season with New York as a backup to Jaxson Dart. Last season, he passed for just 567 yards and rushed for a grand total of 23 yards and a touchdown on seven carries.
