The game was closer than the score indicated for most of it, though. The Commodores (3-2, 0-2 SEC) kept the game within one score for 2.5 quarters before Georgia (5-0, 3-0) pulled away.
Berlowitz performed well, especially given the circumstances and the fact that he was playing wide receiver last week againstAuburn. It was unequivocally his best performance at Vanderbilt, better than his starts against Austin Peay and Delaware early in the season.

Blaze Berlowitz performance vs Georgia
Berlowitz performed well overall. He completed several explosive passes, with an especially strong connection downfield with Junior Sherrill. He completed a 60-yard pass to Sherrill and a 27-yard pass to Ja'Cory Thomas.
Berlowitz was at his best when moving on the run outside the pocket, which allowed him to find open receivers for chunk gains.
Berlowitz didn't make any really bad decisions. His interception was a 50/50 downfield throw that wasn't a bad throw, but the defensive back made a good play in one-on-one coverage.
