Injuries have plagued the Green Bay Packers' defensive tackle position. Javon Hargrave suffered a season-ending Achilles tear and is expected to be placed on injured reserve soon. Warren Brinson remains on injured reserve after a non-contact groin injury from a slip ahead of Week 4 and is not expected back anytime soon. Meanwhile, Anthony Campbell has missed the previous three games with an ankle injury but is inching closer to a return.
Additionally, Jordon Riley remains on the PUP list as he recovers from an Achilles tear sustained in Week 17 of last season.

According to Bill Huber of Sports Illustrated, Jordon Riley returned to practice, prompting the Packers to designate him for return from the PUP list. Riley has three weeks to be activated to the active roster; otherwise, he will be reverted to the season-ending injured reserve. As Rob Demovsky of ESPN NFL Nation reported, since Wednesday is his first practice since the injury, he will likely need a couple of weeks to ramp up before he plays.
The front office likes Riley, and the plan is for him to primarily play on early running downs rather than obvious passing downs once he returns. He won't replace Javon Hargrave, since they have different play styles and roles, and Chris McClellan will be better suited to replace Hargrave as the team's top backup.
