Fabio Grosso recognises he could already be sacked after Fiorentina lost all three Serie A games, falling 2-1 to Torino . 'That decision is for those above me.'
If there were any doubts, it is no undeniable that the Viola are in crisis after a disastrous start to the Serie A season.

They were crushed 4-0 by Roma and 3-0 by Frosinone, but had taken the lead today through Mateo Pellegrino's strike from distance.
It was cancelled out by their former midfielder Rolando Mandragora, who only left on deadline day, and Che Adams to give Torino a 2-1 victory at the Stadio Franchi, their first points of the campaign.

"That decision is for those above me and I can only put myself at their disposal," Grosso told DAZN Italia.
"It's a pity to lose this match, as we could've done many things better, especially in the first half. We had then taken the lead, but things are not going our way, at the first incident that goes against us, we lose control of the match.
"It's very disappointing, this crowd deserves different results."

The chant from the fans was urging Fiorentina to show more determination and grit.
"We should've done better in the first half playing our way out from the back," continued Grosso.
"We didn't allow Torino much, and had two big early scoring opportunities. We did better after the break, took the lead, and had the chance to go 2-0 up.
"I don't feel that we deserved to lose today, but this is football."

Fiorentina have invested so much this summer and made numerous changes to the side that struggled to escape the relegation zone last term.
That also means it is taking a very long time to find the right balance, especially when players are being slotted in just hours after arriving.
"The objective is to find the right starting XI for my football, but it's difficult to achieve that quickly. We are working and will continue to do so."

Notably, it was Mandragora who scored for Torino, just days after he was released by Fiorentina.
"There's no point thinking about what might've been. He did well and it's a pity for us, we should've been more solid. This is football, you have to take the good and the bad," concluded Grosso.
It is only the second time in Fiorentina's 100-year history that they lost the opening three Serie A fixtures, the other was back in 1935/36.
