Guardians score, recap vs Orioles. Williams, Rocchio lead Cleveland to win

The Cleveland Guardians  defeated the Baltimore Orioles 4-2 on Saturday, April 18 in the third game of a four-game series.

The Guardians also beat the Orioles 4-2 on Thursday, April 16 before the O's were 6-4 winners the next night .

The Guardians  improve to 12-10 with the win and will go for the series win Sunday afternoon.

Brayan Rocchio hit a three-run home run off of Orioles pitcher Dean Kremer to give the Guardians a 3-0 lead with two outs in the fifth inning. Rocchio cleared the fence in right field. The ball traveled 357 feet. Rhys Hoskins and Daniel Schneemann also scored on Rocchio's third home run this season.

Kremer struck out Steven Kwan swinging to end the inning. Kremer has six strikeouts through five innings. He has thrown 84 pitches.

Williams struck out Gunnar Henderson swinging for the second out and Taylor Ward grounded out with Rocchio getting the assist and Manzardo getting the putout.
