Harry Wilson could be pivotal for Leeds United against Tottenham Hotspur at Elland Road.
The Whites host the North London outfit in the Premier League on 7 November after losing 2-0 to Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.
Daniel Farke's team are on a five-game winless run in the league and have slowly dropped down the table after a strong start to the season.
Wilson is yet to live up to expectations since his move to Elland Road from Fulham, but he seems to be gaining confidence in recent matches.
The Wales international has started back-to-back Premier League games for the West Yorkshire outfit after struggling for regular game time and should keep his place.
Given the 29-year-old winger's record against Spurs, he may warrant his place in the side for the upcoming game.
Why Harry Wilson should start for Leeds United vs Tottenham
Farke may need to change Wilson's position to get the best out of him in the 5-2-2-1 formation.
The German manager is reluctant to move away from his preferred system at Elland Road, and rightfully so, considering the Whites' relative success in recent months.
It looks like Wilson is slowly grasping Farke's ideas and put in a much-improved display against Bournemouth.
Speaking on Don't Go To Be Just Yet on 2 November, Adam Pope said, "James and Wilson looked really good, certainly for an hour. I thought Wilson's touch was phenomenal at times.
"The passing between him and Bogle and Justin. In that first goal, which was ruled out, it was tremendous all round."
After his performance at the Vitality Stadium, Wilson has a chance to build on it against Tottenham, who he has scored against in the last two matches.
Last season at Fulham, the Wales international scored in both Premier League meetings with Spurs and also provided one assist.
In his last four appearances against the North Londoners, he was on the winning side three times and didn't lose.
Daniel Farke has obvious Harry Wilson change to make at Leeds United after Bournemouth defeat Why Harry Wilson concerns have been blown out of proportion at Elland Road
It's clear that Wilson needs a bit of time to settle in at Leeds before firing on all cylinders.
The Welshman was one of the best players in the Premier League last season, scoring 10 goals and providing seven assists.
However, fans in LS11 should keep faith in the winger, who has averaged 1.3 key passes per game for the Whites in the league, as per Sofascore .
Wilson averaged 1.1 key passes per game in the previous campaign at Fulham.
The Wales international has plenty of quality and it's surely only a matter of time before he starts contributing goals and assists at the West Yorkshire outfit.
