Heidenheim set to net €4.3m from Niklas Dorsch's sale to Toronto
Fabrizio Romanoreports that Heidenheim will net approximately €4.3m from German midfielder Niklas Dorsch 's sale to Toronto. Given that the 28-year-old – despite his undeniable talent – is valued at only €2.5m, this constitutes an excellent deal for die Ostalbenschwaben. Dorsch, as noted in a Get German Football News scouting column , has seen a great deal of his skill set lapse.
Niklas Dorsch's transfer history with Heidenheim
Dorsch's second spell at Heidenheim once again proved lucrative for the BaWü border club. Dorsch – already the most expensive Heidenheim signing behind Tim Kleindienst – will now become the club's third-highest ever sale behind Kleindienst and Leo Scienza.

Dorsch joined Heidenheim on a free transfer in 2018. Two years later, Heidenheim sold him to KAA Gent for €3.5m after the Belgian club activated his release clause. Two years later, Heidenheim sold him to KAA Gent for €3.5m after the Belgian club activated his release clause.
Though Heidenheim paid €3.5m to re-acquire him from Augsburg in August 2024, Dorsch will once again allow the FCH to turn a profit. Dorsch will depart German football having made 118 Bundesliga appearances.
The Lichtenfels native netted four top-flight goals. In 63 Heidenheim 2. Bundesliga deployments, he found the back of the net thrice.
