Incoming Wisconsin Badgers freshman Jackson Ball has earned FIBA U-18 Asia Cup All-Star Five honors.
Ball, who represented New Zealand on the grand stage, averaged 20.8 points, 4.0 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.7 steals per game in the FIBA U-18 Asia Cup .
New Zealand may have only won the bronze medal , but Badgers fans will be thrilled to know that fellow international recruit, Isaac Riddle, guided Australia to the gold medal.
The tournament spanned from August 13 to 23 in Ahmedabad, India.
Ball's best performance came in the bronze medal game over Korea, where he shot 60% from the field and scored 29 points with seven assists.
In addition to being on the all-tournament team, it's worth noting he finished third among all scorers in the FIBA U-18 Asia Cup.
