Grady Jarrett is entering a new chapter away from Georgia, and his latest real estate decision reflects that change. The Chicago Bears defensive tackle has relisted his Sandy Springs mansion for $5.85 million, six years after purchasing the property for $3.5 million.
The French-inspired estate spans 11,013 square feet and sits in Sandy Springs, an affluent community in the Atlanta metropolitan area. Jarrett bought the property in 2020 during his time with the Falcons, making it his Georgia home throughout much of his decade-long career with the franchise.
The mansion's latest asking price represents a $2.35 million increase over its original purchase price. However, the property had previously been listed for $6.25 million in 2025, meaning the current $5.85 million asking price reflects a $400,000 reduction.
The latest report on Jarrett's Sandy Springs mansion listing details the property's return to the market and its revised asking price.

The decision follows a significant change in Jarrett's professional career. After spending 10 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, the defensive tackle was signed with the Chicago Bears in March 2025 after being released by Atlanta. The move ended a long association with Atlanta, where he became one of the franchise's most established defensive players.
Jarrett's departure also brought an end to his time as a central figure on the Falcons' defensive line. A two-time Pro Bowl selection, he built his reputation through consistent interior pressure and leadership during his years in Atlanta.
His move to Chicago provides a fresh start on the field, while the relisting of his Georgia property signals another step in his transition away from the area.
If the mansion sells at its current asking price, Jarrett would receive $2.35 million more than he paid in 2020, before accounting for transaction costs, renovations and other ownership expenses.
The property now represents another major real estate chapter for the NFL veteran as he settles into life beyond Atlanta.
